The U.S. Department of Justice, Systems Technology Staff, intends to procure on-line research services from Lexis/Nexis, West Publishing Corporation, and CDB Infotek via the Library of Congress FEDLINK contract. These services shall include access to Federal and State databases which shall include caselaw, statutory, regulatory, administrative, periodicals, and citator materials. They shall also include on-line and manual retrieval services to locate individuals, to perform background checks on companies and to determine the relationships between businesses and individuals as related to civil, criminal, and financial investigations.
