Work includes performing ditch and bank stabilization with vegetative lining such as seedbed preparation, lime and fertilizer application, seding, mulching and anchoring mulch; bank stabilization with riprap; clear and grub areas as required; install pipe culverts; and perform site and roadway grading as required. SIC is 1629/$17 million. Performance period is 240 calendar days. Estimated construction range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award shall be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, this solicitation is unrestricted.
