Z -- ROADWAY REPAIRS SOL 542-21-96 DUE 092796 POC John Cox, Contracting Officer, 610-383-0203 Contractor is required to provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to provide roadway repairs at the VA Medical Center, Coatesville, PA. The work includes roadway repairs in seven areas throughout the medical center. Required work involves removal of certain roadway surface course, roadway repair, roadway repaving, demolition of existing curbing and removal and replacement, joint sealing, slab removal and replacement, installation of roadway repair membrane, rebuilding of catch basins, modification of door and stairs, grading, line striping and traffic control. This solicitation is available for full and open competition. The estimated cost range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. Solicitations will be mailed to prime contractors only, due to limited supply. Requests from prime contractors must be in writing and may be faxed to the Contracting Officer at 610-383-0235. Award of this contract is subject to availability of funds. Interested prime contractors should, as soon as possible, but not later than fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in bidding as a prime contractor. The performance period is 30 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bids and will be available no less than fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, but within thirty (30) days thereafter. A copy of the specifications and drawings will be available for inspection between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, at the VA Medical Center, Building 16, Room 311, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA. Any subcontractors requesting a copy of the solicitation will be forwarded a copy of the Bidder's Mailing List. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this project is 1611. The applicable Small Business Size Standard, including affiliates, is no more than $17 million average annual gross revenue for the last three fiscal years.
