Proofs, two complete sets of laminated proofs, stripped to show press imposition (clearly indicated guide, gripped and tail edge of each press form) and two sets of dylux proofs, with all elements in proper position folded and trimmed to final size. The government shall retain 1 set of proofs. Paper, Text -100lb. White Patina matte coated. (no substituion shall be allowed). Inks, four color process and black ink. Solid inks required, no builds allowed. Ink shall contain minumum percentages of vegatable oil in compliance with federal procurement mandates as follows: Heat-set litho/10%, sheet-fed litho/20%, forms/20%. Coating, overall aqueous coating (satin finish) is required on both sides. Overall dull varnish is not an acceptable alternative to aqueous coating. Margins, bleeds, follow trim marks on finished camera copy. The request will be released 09/03/96 with quotations due by 09/13/96 at 2pmEST.
