The project generally includes demolition and renovation of 2800 sq.ft in Room 400 and new construction of a 1800 sq.ft. temporary pre-engineered metal building for a wet lab and storage area to include installation of 4 GFP freezers 16 ft x 8 ft each. Project shall be completed in phases. Administrative and technical areas both are to be incorporated into the project. The solicitation includes additive items to be awarded provided funds are available. The project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This is a total small business set aside, fixed price contract, SIC code 1542 applies. Completion time for the project are 180 calendar days for phase 1 and 90 calendar days for phase 2.
