Synopsis number 0340-96. Sources are sought that have experience in the ATDL simulation area. Request information concerning vendor technical data, capabilities, software restrictions (use of propriety software) and experience in the area of ATDL simulators. This acquisition would require the contractor to provide an ATDL simulator that will be used to support the test and design of an interface between a PATRIOT ICC and Higher Echelon. The ATDL simulator would communicate with Higher Echelon Computer via Modems. This synospis is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation for proposals and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Information obtained will be forwarded to a Foreign Military Sales customer for evaluation. FMS customers will make decision on possible competitive or sole source procurement action. No cost information is requested and will not be forwarded to FMS customer. The Government incurs no obligation to directly reimburse a respondent for effort expended in responding to the synopsis.
