The FOB point is Destination, and the period of performance shall commence 1 October 1996 and continue through 30 September 1997. This requirement will be for base year with two one-year option periods. The wet-suits are required by the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Virginia Beach, VA. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered accepted.
