Z -- CONSTRUCT, MANAGE, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN RECREATION FACILITIES ON BUREAU OF RECLAMATION LANDS AT LOCATIONS NEAR LAUGHLIN, NEVADA SOL RFP 1-96 POC Ms. Neva Tandy, Real Estate Specialist, 702-293-8521 The Bureau of Reclamation is soliciting proposals from qualified parties to construct, develop, operate and maintain under a concession agreement, approximately 1,000 acres of land in the vicinity of Laughlin, Nevada. These lands consist of six (6) parcels, of various acreages, located in Township 32 S., Range 66 E., secs. 1, 10, and 11, Mount Diablo Meridian, Clark County Nevada. Parties eligible for consideration will be individuals and companies from the private sector, and Federal, State and local entities to work under a revenue generating agreement with the Bureau of Reclamation. The request for proposal was issued August 1, 1996. The date for receipt of offers is November 1, 1996. There is no charge for the above proposal.
