Contractor shall provide clean white playground sand to cap off existing, with a depth of 4-5 inches and covering an area approximately 100' x 124'. All equipment and installation procedures must comply with the ''Handbook for Public Playground Safety,'' as published by the United States Government Product Safety Commission.
