The work of this contract consists of installing specified gutters, downspouts and related features to include minor wood repair/replacement and painting at various locations throughout Gettysburg National Military Park and Eisenhower National Historic Site. All materials including fasteners and all items necessary for a complete installation shall be contractor furnished from outside the park unless otherwise noted. All labor, materials and workmanship shall be warranted for one full year following final completion and acceptance of the work at each building. A warranty letter shall be issued at the end of the total project listing each structure and it's specific warranty period. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
