The velocimeter will provide an automated interface between the M94 Conventional MVS and the Gun Display Unit (GDU) of the Battery Computer System (BCS) in accordance with Purchase Description FSF-PD00001, 30 Apr 96. This proposed action is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.
