This project will to be renovate a 2178 SF single story masonry and wood frame building. Construct permanent steel stud and gypsum wall board partitions, provide new windows, doors, frames and hardware as required. Upgrade electrical, adding new outlets, telephone pedestals. Provide new distribution system for the existing HVAC. Install new concrete walks and restore the surrounding grounds. The project will be a lump sum contract.
