Work consists of removal of existing air handling and refrigeration equipment and replacement with glycol liquid chiller (Brookhaven supplied), air handlers, cooling and heating coils, including all electrical and control systems (Seller supply). All work will be awarded on a single contract. Estimated construction time is 24 weeks. Estimated construction cost is $125,000 - $175,000. A 20% Bid Bond is required.
