Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract for a 12-month period beginning o/a 1 Oct 96. Quarterly preventative maintenance and monthly service is required for four (4) Raymond Corporation lifts, model numbers 537-CSR30T and 539-F20SRT. Semi-annual preventative maintenance and monthly service is required for four (4) battery charging stations, model GTCII24-750T1 and GTCII12-600T1, to include two (2) GNB Ferro Corporation chargers, a rack with rollers and battery dolly; one (1) Alvey Corporation conveyor system, estimated size is 350-400 feet long and having 28 coddlers; four (4) rails and guide systems for electrical lifts, estimated at 360 feet in length and 65 feet from floor high voltage system; one (1) Scholtz Corporation shrink wrap machine; one (1) Alvey Corporation weight and cube machine; one (1) Langley Corporation elevator system, model 305; and one (1) electric door, approximately 15 feet wide and 65 feet high. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts shall be used in the maintenance and repair of Raymond Corporation lifts.
