The intent of this acquisition is obtain maintenance services for various Air Conditioning systems and their related components. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. Those prospective offerors who are Small Businesses are invited to participate in this procurement. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, transportation and management necessary to maintain, repair, and make minor alterations and replacement of Air Conditioning Systems, electrical and mechanical components in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Services shall be provided on the following types of Air Conditioning systems, with a listing provided in the specifications. Such systems include, Air Conditioning equipment and systems, including reverse cycle cooling/heating systems, package units, and split/central system units with factory built-in elements and contained within the evaporator/air handling unit cabinet as an integral part of the system. These services are to be performed under a Fixed-Price/Indefinite Quantity type Contract. The contract term will be for a base and four option periods of up to 12 months each with prices established at award.
