The NIAID, Division of Intramural (DIR) conducts clinical research involving various research protocols. Historically clinical research patients have received their primary care from the DIR physicians supplemented by research fellows from the NIAID subspecialty program. This requirement will need 2-3 PGY-2 or PGY-3 residents. Also data entry support will be required. Residents will be provided training in the NIH medical information system, access to the NIH Clinical Center Library, parking and reimbursement for meals. Residents will be required to work week-ends, holidays and provide medical care at nights. RFP #96-54 is NOT a total small business set-aside. (0221)
