Service shall include a periodic preventative maintenance visit(s) as shown and unlimited emergency service due to breakdown (not caused by negligence) and all parts (except rotor and tubes unless otherwise indicated). Excluded parts shall be covered on a separate purchase order(s). Requested emergency services shall be performed within twenty-four (24) hours of time called. Scheduled service on all instruments shall be performed at least one during each six month period, unless otherwise specified. Scheduled service shall consist of thoroughly cleaning, calibrating and adjusting equipment in accordance with established manufacturer's service procedures or recommendation and replacing normal maintenance and repair material such as gaskets, witches, oils, and greases as needed. Service reports shall be prepared for each instrument serviced (indicating parts and labor charged), shall be verified and signed by operating personnel and these reports must be turned in to the purchasing office by the service.
