The Air Force Flight Test Center is seeking sources for a photographic data gathering system in a rugged, portable, low profile mobile tracking mount. The mount shall be used to track and record test aircraft data. Camera configurations utilized are 16mm motion picture cameras, Betacam SP video camcorders, 70mm sequential cameras, and 35mm motorized still cameras, in any combination. Each tracking mount shall be single-man operated, shall have a built-in dual power sighting scope, and should include optical encoders as an option. Quantity: may vary from one (1) to three (3). Delivery schedule: first mount: 120 days ARO; second and third mounts: 30-60 days after initial delivery. Specifications: Size: Approximately 90'' to 100'' long X 80'' to 85'' wide X 80'' to 90'' high. Weight: 6,000 lb to 6,500 lb (no payload). Payload weight: no more than 650 lb. Travel (Azimuth): between 590 to 610 degrees; (Elevation): range of -5 to 95 degrees. Dynamic range: minimum: 1000:1. Non-orthogonality: less than 15 arcseconds. Bearing wobble: less than 6 arcseconds. Electric generator for tow vehicle: sized to meet maximum electrical requirements for a fully loaded mount, to include all the cameras.
