designed new construction owned facility of approximately 6,500 square
feet with an option for a second phase to increase the size to
approximately 13,000 square feet. Only prequalified firms may submit a
proposal. The building will be constructed on postal-owned land at
10102 South Redwood Road, Riverton (So. Jordan), Utah. The project will
consist primarily of site demolition and improvement, CMU walls, steel
deck, single-ply roof and will include all incidental work set forth
in solicitation documents. Specifications include phase I (base
proposal) set of plans and phase II (Alternate Proposal #1) set of
plans, which merge the work of phase I and II. cost range is between
$700,000 and $825,000 for phase I and between $575,000 and $650,000 for
phase II. Proposal packages are not available from the Postal Service,
but can be obtained or viewed at Utah area plan rooms or from nine
