Ellis The VAMC, Richmond, VA is seeking a contractor capable of providing Home Oxygen Therapy Service via VA owned equipment and/or contractor rental equipment for the period 10/1/96 through 9/30/97 with three (3) one year renewal options. At time of initial setup, the contractor shall provide education, training, and written instructions to the beneficiaries in subject areas included in the solicitation. Services will be performed within the State of Virginia and may extend into the boundaries of North Carolina and Maryland. Home oxygen services will be required twenty-four(24) hours a day, seven days a week. The Contractor must be accredited with JCAHO and furnish with bid or prior to contract award, evidence of accreditation. Contractor must be accredited with JCAHO and furnish with bid or prior to comply with all relative regulations regarding home oxygen services set forth by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Organizations(JCAHO).
