C -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY MILTI-TRADE CONSTRUCTION AT THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HEALTH SOL N68925-96-D-A288 DUE 101196 POC Christine Henderson, Contract Specialist, 202-685-8226. This is an indefinite quantity multi-trade construction solicitation. Multiple awards will result and individual delivery orders shall be competed among the successful firms. The work shall include miscellaneous interior and exterior alternations and repair on Government facilities. Most of the delivery orders will be for work at the National Institute of Health, Bethesda, MD; however, some work may be ordered within a 100-mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard. These will be one-year contracts with options to extend up to two additional years. Offerors shall be selected using negotiated source selection procedures. Offerors will be evaluated on price and other non-price related criteria. The following Technical/Management criteria, will be required: (1) Corporate Experience (2) Technical Capability, (3) Project Management, (4) Past Performance. The estimated cost range for each delivery order is between $25,000 and $40,000. The estimated cost range of each contract is between $1,000,000 and $6,000,000 per year with a guaranteed minimum of $500,000. The standard Industrial Code is 1542. The Small Business Size Standard is $17,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted. All interested firms may submit proposals. A pre-proposal conference shall be held on or about 16 September 1996.
