Anticipated release date for the RFP is around 16 Sep 96. All prospective offerors who have not already visited the technical library established for this acquisition are encouraged to do so. The technical library is located in Bldg 425, Rm 3-89, at Patrick AFB FL, and is open from 0730-1615 hours on weekdays. The metrics requirement has been deleted from this acquisition.
