This procurement is for Waveform Controller Oscillators to be built in accordance with Specification 13672-EW727B. The controller covered by the specification is an airborne module capable of generating multiple electronic countermeasures (ECM) waveforms as well as controlling all other modules in the AN/ULQ-21V) Countermeasures Set. All waveform and parameters shall be read out, displayed, modified and written back to the controller by means of any RS-232C keyboard/display device, including any computer operating in VT 100 terminal mode. Total quantity required is One Each First Article unit and One each production unit. Additional units not to exceed 50 units, subject to applicable indefinite quantity (IDIQ) clauses. Delivery requirements are First Article unit due 330 days after contract award; production unit due 240 days after approval of First Article units. The additional units shall be delivered at a rate of 2 each per month starting 240 days after issuance of delivery order. Period of performance shall be three years commencing from date of award. Delivery shall be made FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Point Mugu, California.
