Project requires demolition and new construction. Demolition will include, but is not limited to, the removal of most rooms as they currently exist, metal studs and drywall partitions, ceiling tiles and metal grids, flooring tiles, fluorescent lighting fixtures, electrical power outlets, plumbing fixtures and piping, cabinets; relocation of exterior Parker wall window panels and HVAC ducts and diffusers. New construction will include, but is not limited to, the erection of metal studs and drywall partitions, metal doors and frames, ceramic tile walls and floors, vinyl tile, carpeting, electrical power outlets and computer conduit to each room, fluorescent ceiling lights, acoustical ceiling panels and metal grids, HVAC ducts and diffusers, cabinetry and stucco exterior wall.
