Services shall include phone and email support and software updates for TS-AR-EP Express Support Services at the following locations: DMC Montgomery AL, DMC San Antonio TX, SMC Center presently at Ft Ritchie MD (site 3459), SMC Center presently at Ft. Ritchie MD (site 8101), DMC Jacksonville FL, DMC San Diego CA, and DMC Chambersburg PA through the end of fiscal year 96. These products are proprietary to Remedy. Therefore this contract action is being processed using other than full and open competition under the authority of 40 USC 759(g), as amended, Specific Make and Model. Numbered Note 22 applies.
