C -- RESIDING/EXTERIOR INSULATION & FINISH SYSTEM AND REPLACEMENT OF ALL WINDOWS SOL IFB-1320-96-021 DUE 090496 POC Contact Judie J. Moseman, 406/666-2412/Contract Specialist Bighorn Canyon will be seeking invitations for bid for the re-siding and replacement of windows on their administration building located at Fort Smith, MT. The contract will consist of re-siding using an exterior insulation and finish system, siding to cover 3,595 square feet, excluding window space; (48) windows of various sizes and types to be replaced in existing frame work; plus (2) commercial double door entry systems to be installed in existing frames. Contract will include removal of all old siding and windows and the hauling off-site of old material. The siding must be Dryvit Outsulation System or equal and include flashing and/or caulking as needed. The windows must be white vinyl, awning or single pane w/inside screens and finished inside. Performance, quality, construction, and assembly execution must meet all contract requirements. Estimated cost of award is between $50,000 and $100,000. Anticipated award date is September 4, 1996. Completion date within 60 days of award with consideration given to employees and offices conducting daily business. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the contracting agency, NPS.
