Thomas, 706-731-7176 Furnish all labor, material and equipment for the recaulking of Building 110 and reroofing of Building 82, Uptown Division, VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia. Work includes replacing existing deteriorated caulking joints on the precast concrete panels of Building 110 and replace existing roof on Building 82. Project consists of approximately 50,000 LF of caulking joints and 30,500 SF of roofing. Work for recaulking Building 110 includes but is not limited to demolition, removal and reinstallation of caulking joints and backer rods as needed. Work for reroofing Building 82 includes removal of existing solar collection panels and support beams and removal of existing roofing and replacing with new roof. Applicable SIC code is 1542. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bidding materials consisting of drawings, specifications and contract forms may be obtained by qualified General (Prime) Contractors interested in submitting bids.
