The principle items of work shall include: asbestos removal, asbestos repair, asbestos encapsulation, asbestos enclosure (permanent), insulation replacement, demolition. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract performance will be one year from date of award, and may be renewed for two additional option years.
