The work consists of site clearing, vegetation removal and stone masonry stabilization. The contractor is required to work in conjunction with a Preservation Archeologist, chosen by BLM. The sites are the Sand Springs Pony Express Station, the Rock Creek Overland Stage Station and the Rock Creek Telegraph Station location in Churchill County, Nevada. Ninety days performance time, work to commence aproximately April 1997. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
