Description of Work: Repair/replace different types of roofs at SOTF on Fort Bragg, NC. Scope of work includes: removal of existing ballast and roof membrane system, bituminous membrane system, and metal roofing system; installation of new metal roofing system and asphalt built-up roof system. Also included is new flashing, skylights, underlayment and roof drains. Project also includes repairs to EPDM and metal roofs of several buildings in the same general area.
