Concerns having the ability for providing a Residential Comprehensive Sanction Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Thoses individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Estimated number of mandays are 32,748 mandays (26,198 male and 6,550 female) for the base period, 18,980 mandays (15,184 male and 3,796 female) for option year No. 1, 19,345 mandays (15,476 male and 3,869 female) for option year No. 2, and 19,710 mandays (15,768 male and 3,942 female) for option year No. 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 08/19/96. Estimated closing date is o/a 09/20/96. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
