The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division is looking for additional sources who can provide Electrical Relays to be integrated/installed in the Night Vision Imagining System (NVIS) upgrade to the F-14 aircraft. The minimum requirements for these relays are as follows: Coil Voltage 115V 400Hz; Contact Rating 25 amps; specification MS27743-13. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is Struthers Dunn (Magna Struthers Dunn) Part Number FCA-325-13. All parties that have or will have the capability of producing electrical relays that can meet the above specified requirements should submit the following information: technical brochures and reference material pertaining to your companies ability to manufacture the specified electrical relays; amount of time, if any, to re-tool operations to produce the specified relays; once in production, the amount of time to produce and deliver an order of approximately 50 electrical relays with the potential production of 300 relays in total; past sales and performance information for both Government and commercial sales; and any other additional information that could be useful in determining your companies ability to meet the requirements.
