Bridges, Contracting Officer, 501-648-5248 (Site Code DAHA03) This project includes but is not limited to removal (demolition and disposal of approximately 7,000 linear feet of the 8,000 total linear feet of existing base perimeter chain link fence, including fence footings, selected chain link gates and water stops consisting of concrete lined channels, fences, railings and barbed wire. Install seven (7) foot high chain link fence, topped with three strand barbed wire for a total vertical fence height of 8 feet. Replace existing construction gate on Leigh Avenue with a new single, cantilevered, aluminum sliding gate with electric operator. Drainage improvements at three (3) locations are to construct water gaps (waterstops) with concrete lined channels, precast drainage piping, and cabled metal gratings that secure access to the base but allow movement for the passage of drainage debris. Project also requires the salvage and reinstallation of security and safety type informational signs attached to perimeter fence. Contact Steven D.
