Work to be performed includes refurbishing clarifier and sludge blow-out system, removing valve operators in concrete deck above sludge pit, adjusting clarifier basin overflow level, rewiring clarifier and sludge pit, upgrading lighting and electrical outlet with GFI outlet, rewire sludge control panel and valves, removing and replacing access cover and ladder to sludge pit incorporating a safety cage and repairing concrete in clarifier basin. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This project is subject to the availability of funds. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 20 August 1996. A limited number of bid packages will be available and will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
