The scope includes removal of non-friable asbestos transite panels from one building at the Kittrell Job Corps Center located in Kittrell, North Carolina. The estimated cost range for construction is between $100,000 to $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available on August 22, 1966 ONLY from the office of H. R.
