Description of Work: Demolish existing 650 SF facility and replace with new 1,400 SF truck inspection facility to include office/administration area, check-in area, employee and trucker restrooms, additional parking space, and new sewage drain field. For 25,000 SF facility, replace existing metal roof system with new metal roof system, to include purlins and skylight panels; prepare, prime, and paint all existing building structural steel members. For 5,000 SF facility, construct high curbs and encase structural steel column members in concrete to prevent forklift damage; prepare, prime, and paint all existing building structural steel members.
