Work will consist of demolition, architectural work to renovate existing lobby area, mechanical work to adapt existing HVAC systems, electrical work for renovated area and installing handicap accessible toilet rooms. It is assumed that the existing HVAC and Electrical Systems are adequate to service the new lobby requirements. The established range is $175,000 to $275,000 with completion of work within 120 days.
