work area is located in the existing public lobby area. This space
measures approximately 103'- 0'' x 20'0'' or 2,100 square feet plus 400
square feet of corridor. Work will consist of demolition, architectural
work to renovate existing lobby area, mechanical work to adapt existing
HVAC systems, electrical work for renovated area and installing
handicap accessible toilet rooms. It is assumed that the existing HVAC
and Electrical Systems are adequate to service the new lobby
requirements. The established range is $175,000 to $275,000 with
completion of work within 120 days. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on
Tuesday, September 3, 1996. The package will be available on or about
August 1, 1996 from the Architect-Engineer, Larson & Ludwig at a cost
of $40.00 per package, non-refundable. Make checks/money orders payable
