The work to be performed under this project involves the construction of an 8,800 SF brick facade building containing carpentry and masonry training and classroom space; site grading to relieve drainage and erosion problems; installation of sidewalks, curbs, and gutters; and installation of drop inlets and pipes at the Kittrell Job Corps Center located in Kittrell, North Carolina. The estimated cost range for construction is between $500,000 to $1,000,000.
