The continuation of this effort will ensure continuity of the analysis performed as well as the development of deliverables concerning present and future impact of information technology. This effort is largely based on previously delivered products and data developed by Mathis and Associates. Their analysis and assessment will be concluded with final recommendations for PTO's integration of customer service related measurements and performance targets.
