Contractor to provide support services to the Director of Commerce Eastern Region Office, International Trade Administration located in Baltimore, MD. Contractor shall be assigned newly delegated - National Leadership - program functions, within the overall Office of Domestic Operations (ODO) Decentralization Initiative. Such functions generally under the direction of our Regional Management Officers, represent either broad national areas formerly managed by ODO headquarters, or new initiatives defined by ODO present activity and environment. Contractor shall develop and implement management and programmatic information systems; operation of national public-private partnership programs; leadership of national, international and multi-agency team and partner initiatives; operation of the National ODO Program Review and Evaluation effort involving Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Interagency Performance Measures; and others. Contractor shall be proficient in the following software: LOTUS 123/LOTUS Notes, WordPerfect/Windows, PC Anywhere, Harvard Graphics and BANYAN WAN/LAN Systems Software. Contractor shall provide services at the World Trade Center, Baltimore, MD. The contractor shall work forty hours a week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The period of performance shall be October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with option to extend for one additional year.
