Institute for renewal of proprietary computer software licenses for a period of one year commencing October 1, 1996 and ending September 30, 1997. The software includes Base Statistical Analysis System, SASGRAPH, SAS Econometric and Time Series, SAS Full Screen Processor, SAS Operations Research, SAS Automated Facility, SAS 2000 Data Base Management, SAS/ACCESS for ADABAS, SAS/STAT, SAS Connect, SAS/Calc, SAS/C compiler, and SAS/CPE Starter Set. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
