10 -- FURNISH & DELIVER EIGHT FULL SCALE PLASTIC M23 CHEMICAL AGENT LANDMINES WITH THE M38 MAIN CHARGE AND THE M48 SIDE CHARGE. SOL w31ryo-6177-9022 POC Contract Specialist Darralyn Williams (205) 895-1157 (Site Code DACA87) The contractor shall fabricate and deliver eight (8) full scale plastic models of the M23 chemical agent landmine with the M38 main charge and the M48 side charge. Two sets each will be delivered to the following CONUS locations: (a) Tooele Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (CADF); Tooele, Utah; (b) Anniston CADF; Anniston, Alabama; (c) Umatilla CADF, Herminston, Oregon; and (d) Pine Bluff CADF; Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Design, fabrication, and assembly non-proprietary drawings and specifications of the models shall be prepared by the contractor and furnished to the Government. These drawings shall detail each subcomponent part to its position and purpose. In addition, the contractor will be required to travel to the Edgewood area, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland for the purpose of becoming familiar with the chemical weapon and display requirements.
