Work will include but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and transportation to perform the following: Maintenance, Repair and Painting of Exterior and Interior Historical and Non Historical Buildings to include Exterior and Interior Lead Base Paint Containment and Disposal. The above will be performed at Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis or the United States Army Reserve Centers (local), Texas. A single award will be made. Contract period includes basic plus one option year. The total magnitude of the above project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 for the basic year only. Solicitation to be issued on or about 15 AUG 96. Request for solicitation package must be in writing; phone request will not be accepted. Each solicitation package will cost $20.00 a set.
