This procurement is to acquire Architectural Desk Reviews of 1-4 Family Dwellings for the New York Office for one year with two one-year options to renew. In order for an offeror to be considered responsible an offeror must be a New York State Office approved consultant per the February 6, 1996 (or later), NYSO Single Family Production Branch Consultant list; OR present a 203(k) Private Consultant course completion certificate from CrossLand Mortgage Corporation or Countrywide Mortgage Corporation.
