If no affirmative responses are received within 15 days after publication of this notice to the effect that a comparable source is available or that it is more advantageous for the Government than exercising the option under the present contract, a modification will be issued to contract DAAD07-94-C-0126. No solicitation document exists and requests for such document shall be considered nonresponsive and not valid for consideration. Oral communications are not acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of offers or proposals received in response to this notice. This Synopsis is a notice of intent to exercise the third option under the contract and shall not be considered a request for offers.
