RAPID RESPONSE/IMMEDIATE RESPONSE CONTRACTS FOR CONTROL/REMEDIATION OF HAZARDOUS, TOXIC AND RADIOACTIVE WASTE: Solicitation Number - DACA45-96-R-0045, DUE on or about 24 September 1996, Point of Contact: CEMRO-CT, 402-221-4266, Contracting Divsion. Work shall consist of control and/or remediation of sources of contamination at various sites throughout the United States, its territories and possessions worldwide. Up to three indefinite quantity contracts may be awarded with a cumulative award amount of up to $150 Million based upon approval. Basic performance period will be two (2) years plus one (1) three (3) year option period or until the dollar limit of the contract is reached, whichever occurs first. Contractor must be capable of commencing work in the field within seventy-two hours of Immediate Response Actions and they must be capable of commencing on-site performance within 45 - 60 days for Rapid Response Actions.
