The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for construction of a twenty foot (20') additional the full width of the north end of Building 1519, to include restrooms with shower facilities. This requires relocation of existing building transformer and vault, installation of water line, sewer line, manhole, gas line and meter and improvements to the existing building, construction of foyers at the east and west entrances to the building, upgrade electrical system, new lighting throughout the fitness center, interior painting, and exterior texture coating, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications.
