Concerns having the ability to provide a Community Corrections Center facility and services for male and female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the San Juan/St. Just, Puerto Rico area. Estimated number of mandays is 25,550 (21,900 males and 3,650 females for the base period. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a August 27, 1996. Estimated closing date is o/a October 28, 1996. Contract base period is two years, with three one-year options. Estimated number of mandays is 12,775 (10,950 males and 1,825 females) for option years one, two and three to renew.
