Officer. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pawhuska Village Road, project
No. G00-4191(1)G, S, is located in the Pawhuska Indian Village, which
is situated west of State Highway 99, approximately one mile north of
the junction of State Highway 11 and State Highway 99 in the city of
Pawhuska, Oklahoma. The village is located in the northeast quarter of
Section 3, Township 25 North, Range 9 East, of the Indian Base and
Meridian, Osage County, Oklahoma. The project consists of clearing,
grubbing, machine grading, lime modification of subgrade, drainage,
surfacing, curb and gutter, and incidential construction on
approximately 3.9 mile of streets in the Pawhuska Indian Village. The
estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 to $2,500,000.
Request bid documents on or after August 02, 1996. The request should
be accompanied with a $50.00 (non-refundable) cashier's check,
certified check, or money order made payable to the ``Bureau of Indian
Affairs'', Muskogee Area Office, Branch of Contracts, Room 437, 101 N.
5th Street, Muskogee, OK 74401-6206. Bid opening will be held on
Wednesday, September 04, 1996, 11:00 A.M., Room 410, U.S. Courthouse
and Federal Building, 101 N. 5th Street, Muskogee, OK 74401-6206.

93-638(25 U.S.C. 450e) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 requires preference

Native Individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be
given to Indian/Alaska Native Economic Enterprises. A Pre-Bid
