D -- ANALYST SUPPORT SERVICES POC Ray Lewis, Contracting Officer, 303/236-8040, extension 246 CNT 1425-96-CS-81-95002, Modification No. 001 Concerns having the ability to furnish the following services are requested to give written notification, including a telephone number for a POC to the acquisition office listed in this notice within 45 calendar days from the date of synopsis. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for additional ADP Analyst Support Services to modify an existing contract. The contract period of performance will be from the date of contract modification through the next fiscal year. It is the Bureau's belief that Project Software and Development, Inc. (PSDI), 20 University Road, Cambridge MA 02138, is the only firm capable of providing these services based on the fact that this firm possesses unique knowledge of the Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System product. Maximo was purchased by the Bureau of Reclamation in May 1995 to automate the maintenance management activities at major power and water management facilities. Maximo has been modified and interfaced with other related Reclamation administrative systems to form the Reclamation Enterprise Maintenance Management system (REMMS). Maximo is the core software for this system and as such it is critical that PSDI, the developer of Maximo, be closely involved with the customization and the installation of this product. As the developer of the Maximo software, PSDI holds a uniquely qualified position to identify key database and other software changes that are required to fully customize the base software. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond shall provide detailed data concerning their capabilities and may request to receive a copy of the solicitation when and if it becomes available.
